Or, at least as straight forward as a gearbox remove/refit can be 
I thought any gearbox work required body removal? |

Torque converter. A flush will likely cure it short term, but the underlying cause is a worn TC

Hi
So sat at 50 cruising, rpm at 1500 I'm finding my rev raising to about 1550-1600 then back down again constantly and every time it rises the car gives a small vibration.
