On a 2010MY you can lower ans raise the car off the fob with the hazards on, apparently you get 3 or 4 up before it runs out of juice
thought so... i read somewhere the hazard lights have to be on. ... |

Don't think so but I would be careful lowering or raising the car with the park brake on as it shags the bushes on the suspension.
can you explain that a little more?
