Tyre pressure valves

I have just bought some wheels with tyres which don’t have the tyre pressure valves installed, I fit these without the valves will it throw an error code?

What I think you may need to check is, TPMS was a mandatory fitment to new models introduced after late 2012 I think, so it may be that if you present the car for MOT with it not working it may well be a fail as I think it now included in the MOT test.

Cheers

If it has TPMS and you fit wheels without TPMS valves, or the wrong type of valve you will get a fault.

A GAP tool can code it out though.
