Park brake fault

Range Rover Sport HSE 2005 L320
Park brake fault

with ign off
hazards flash, radio cycles, central locking cycles, air con cycles

With footbrake pressed all above cease

With ign on no faults present, EPB works fine, drives fine

one of you gurus has I am sure seen this before and I hope knows the fix?
