I bring my mine in for first service/inspection next week. I notice in the Service Book that for the Dicso 3 and RRS that the oil should be changed every 12,000 KM if outside western europe!!!!!!!!! I'm using the Castrol 5W/30 recommended by LR, so what's the story?

I am also getting the engine management fault message from time to time but I hope that can be sorted out with a software upgrade (I thought I bought a car not a bloody laptop!) RRS TDV6 (gone)
