One of the best team sports going yet it gets little or no air time other than the start and the finish. Ocean racing must be the one sport that puts F1 motor racing in the shade for running costs! I raced on the Skandia Wild Thing, first time out after it sunk on the Sidney Hobart race the year before. It then did the Fastnet here and the top of its mast snapped, but it still did well. It was quite an experience stitting out over the edge and seeing the keel move from side to side. Porsche Cayenne S Diesel 66 Plate
