It took me only about half an hour to get to work this morning. Literally, must've only seen 4 or 5 other cars on the road. Place is busy though, must be lots of people going off on hols today. |

On the way to the shop we have to drive past the M1 as we drive passed you can just see the traffic building up but not today all clear  RRS TDV6 Gone but still around

Shame the roads weren't empty yesterday as there would be alot more people alive to enjoy Christmas. Came across a couple of fatal accidents on way to work. |

Had it bad out in the US at the moment with snow/ice storms too - 50-car pile up in Texas yesterday apparently. |

Im here!! bit quiet all round, went down the post office and there is a family butchers next door, and the queue was down the road for people picking up their turkeys! raking it in.. |

Think of all those lucky folks queuing from Term1 at LHR, round the concourse, out the doors and into Terms 2 and 3 waiting for their delayed flights................................... I have little pity for them but I was in the same position last year when fog descended on the SE closing LHR, fortunately the wee lassie in our travel department had the nouse to change my flight from CPH to LHR/GLA on BA , to CPH,AMS,GLA on KLM before I even got to Copenhagen airport....... did help that I was flying back to Scotland with the MD of the company who was going direct from a board meeting in Copenhagen to Gleneagles Hotel for 2 weeks holidays I suppose! 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

They were saying there was going to be more delays/cancellations today due to the fog... but I'm at LGW today and no fog here. It's dismal, but no fog.... |
