Yes according to Top Gear, Land Rover are set to make close to 1$ billion profit this year from only 200,000 cars - and that's with only part year sales of the FL2!

Ford took charge of Jaguar way back in 1989, when the company was going no where fast.

18 years later, billions of dollars worth of investment and the brand is still not turning a profit. I can understand why Ford have finally had enough.

The thing that pi**es me off is that Land Rover now have another millstone around their necks. They finally get rid of the association with Longbridge and start to show how profitable the company can really be and now they are to be offered as a sweetener to anyone brave enough to take over at Jaguar.  Arctic Frost TDV6 SE.
