power for mobility scooter hoist

hi
i am fitting a "Autochair hoist" in rear load space it needs power and a 25 amp fuse or breaker fitted. do i need to run a new supply from battery to r/hand rear to power hoist.
or could the power come from anywhere else.

Get 30A from the towbar loom behind the left rear light area.

Green with a stripe.
