Seen a prospective purchase which is a 2012 HSE in Fuji White, unusually it has an anthracite/dark coloured headlining? I have seen this on some of the LE and Edition cars but not on a ‘boggo’ HSE - can anyone tell was this an option when specking the car new or does it suggest some one has done it later down the line??

Back in the day it was a £300.00 option from the factory, even optional on the A/B. However I think the HSE "Red Edition" had it from the factory as standard, as the "Red Edition" was available in several body colours are you sure the car is not a red edition if it is it will also have a red tailgate badge and on the front wing side vent's, also had a few interior options as standard I think.

Thanks for that, my initial thought was it is an ‘Edition’ of some sort but no - no red badges or side vents so I guess it was someone that ticked the box from new.

Looks nice to be fair, with the ebony leather and piano black dash/door trims it looks very ‘premium’ if that’s a thing?!?

my 2006 4.2 l320 is the black addition got the black badges so got the dark headlining in my friend has the cream headlining in his sport and his badges are standard

The 2013 Black Edition came after the 2012 Red Edition and was the last of the run out models. 2023 P440e SE Dynamic on order -cancelled
