The matt black Range Rover letters on my 2012 L320 need touching up. Does anyone know the paint code for the lettering? I thought I'd just touch them up using a small modelling brush. Thanks.

paint code should be on the vin plate under the bonnet

I would have thought body colour code but not the codes for each of the individual trim items on the vehicle. Just checked mine - body colour only nothing else. 07MY RRS TDV6

I have the same problem with my silver letters on the boot of my 2006 black Sport HSE and was going to ask the same question re how best to touch up or replace. Seen a good video on using dental floss to get them off if need be.

I have a set of genuine silver letters (front and rear) if anyone is interested

On early Sport's the silver lettering was called "Titan" not sure there is actually a L/R a paint code for it, I think it was when they started fitting the one piece tailgate on later cars the colour changed to "Atlas".

Just buy new ones - the kits from suppliers in the UK are cheap enough. A search of the forum will show up suppliers. PowerfulUK may sell them. 07MY RRS TDV6

An update for anyone reading this post: I touched up the letters using Humbrol matt black enamel modelling paint. It's not perfect but you have to look closely to see it is a touch up. Best of all paint and brush cost a fiver and the job took less than five minutes!
