You don't actually describe what the problem is... 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders

Looks as if it had a replacement compressor in 2018 . It has an Arnott P2815 compressor fitted .

So the car will only allow normal ride height? That's often caused by the exhaust valve of the compressor sticking so the system won't allow ride height changes - if you raised to off road height and then drove quickly, you might have stability issues, for example, and the system wouldn't be able to drop the height as normal as speed increased.

I've recently had this message on mine, my local indie diagnosed it requiring a compressor. A new AMK one was supplied and fitted at a total cost of £601. The selling garage had supposedly fitted an AMK compressor in July 2019 so i was surprised to find it needed another. |

I’ve also had this previously and the indie diagnosed the compressor being unserviceable. New compressor sorted the problem. Mine was the original unit so it lasted a good while, and I’m a frequent height changer for dog access. As Standeasy it was about £600. 2006 2.7 TDV6 HSE in Cairns Blue. |

If the compressor is failing in a relatively short period, that would suggest an issue somewhere else. Perhaps there is a leak that is causing the compressor to run either continuously or at least on a very much heavier duty cycle than the original design intended. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders

It’s raining in the usually tropical part of Scotland that I’m in.
