Cost for front poly bushes fitted

Hi,

I have just got a quote from a local specialist for....

" Labour

Parts (1 x upper poly bush kit, 2 x lower poly bush kits, 1 x A.R.B. bush kit, 2 x A.R.B. links)

Wheel Alignment.

V.A.T @ 20%. "

£780
Seems reasonable to me, is this about the going rate?

Local mates garage I was at for a yap today said inject silicon.... been very hot and dry lately. Worth a shot!
