Is there a how to, to change a rear parking sensor - RRS1

I’ve got a dodgy sensor confirmed with the IID tool. Ordered a replacement from Advance factors. Looked at the job today and I’m Censored if I can get the sensor to come out of the bumper. Conscious of breaking some trim so paused. 2006 2.7 TDV6 HSE in Cairns Blue.

Bumper cover off - about 6 screws from memory, and then the sensor can be popped out. Worth checking the wiring loom whilst the cover if off to make sure no damage to the wiring. That can cause issues that mimic sensor failure. The loom is a separate item from a plug in the NSR wing across the bumper. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed

Remove left light too (to unplug bumper wiring)

Screws for mud flaps are worst
