HDC fault at the same point on the same roads. Codes listed

Okay guys, once again I need some help. I'm sure I owe many pints of beer to people at this stage, but here we go.

I have the HDC fault, suspension lowered special programs off. It does it at the exact same point on the exact same roads. I could drive it for days, but when I take the same few roads, ding ding ding dong ding, at the same precise point on the road, to the point where if I dropped it off at a garage for a road test to replicate the fault, I could give them a list of postcodes and say "Drive there and it'll do it" The roads all seem to be pothole-y if that helps.

If anybody can suggest something that turns out to fix it, I will send you a nice drink to your bank account!

The codes I have are

Engine
· Manifold absolute pressure P023D
· Mass Air Flow P0100
· Mass Air Flow B Circuit P010A
· Intake air temp sensor 1 Circuit high P0113

Body Control

· Historic codes Steering angle, Lost Comms

Air Suspension

· Can bus error U0159
· Lost comms with ride level control module U0132
· Lost Comms with body control U0140
· Lost comms with park assist module U0159
· Lost comms with audio U0184 (Non factory radio fitted)

Instrument

· Right turn signal circuit B1DO7
· Local interconnection network bus B1b70
· Battery Blocked sounder B1d17

Parking sensor

· Rear left outer sensor B1B48

I have replaced the brake light sensor, and the rear lights completely, to no avail.

Only had the car for 4 weeks, and 3 of those it's spent in the garage up on a ramp! (Gearbox rebuild and Torque converter)

Sad Please help.

(Edit: I know the MAP codes aren't related thats the next job on the list, I think it's the rocker cover)

Could the same potholes be jarring a loose connection somewhere? What happens if you drive along a bad road other than your regular ones?

Whereabouts in Sussex are you?

Hi Hugh

I'm in Eastbourne. It could be a loose connection, I was thinking instrument cluster as it seems to be a common reason for these faults, but it could literally be anything!
I can drive over speed humps, bumpy roads etc and it's fine, it's literally the same few roads in the same spots lol
Any help greatly appreciated

Aha, I was going to recommend an indie but he is the other end of W Sussex (and would probably hate me for sending him such a difficult job!).

Can your garage sniff live data as you drive around and over bumps?

My car is in the garage (for many things) with 'HDC fault', 'Suspension fault' and 'Special programs off' messages. The mechanic is investigating but said he had seen it before with a fault suspension module.

Heathfield is not a million miles from you and Groombridges there are a top indie for LR. Leigh is their RRS specialist and - yes he can and will use the fault codes, but also he does things like taking the car for a drive to diagnose faults. I've gone from spending much of my time driving between home and LR Dealers and back in the early days of ownership (before using Groombridges), to now using my RRS on the road for my own use and enjoyment. Robin

I'm guessing from your other posts the brake light switch didn't solve it?

It's weird because mine does it on the way to Hastings too! Haha How strange is that! Take it along the A259, or the lanes around Ninfield etc and it throws up the error within a few minutes.
