Hi All, I hope this post is in the right place, apologies if not.... My 2018 RRS won't connect to the WWW via external wifi. It will connect fine using the SIM and mobile data but I want to download a map update which is 33GB and I thought I would do this using my home wifi. The car finds the wifi OK and when I put in the password it seems to connect ok. The wifi router also knows that the car is a connected device. BUT, the car won't connect to any website and can't download anything. I just keep getting a message that it is unable to connect to the webpage (be it Google, BBC, or the landcover pages for the map download). Anyone have any ideas? Am I (not) doing something stupid?

Not sure about your general connectivity problem, but map updates are downloaded to a USB stick on a PC or Mac.
Then you insert that into the car to update the maps.
