A crack in the exhaust manifold would cause an underboost fault...

The Turbos were replaced about 4 weeks ago. The garage that replaced them said it was also going into limp mode because of the overboosting. It wasnt going into limp mode before they were replaced. They were recondictioned ones fitted at Best Turbos in Birmingham. The remap and Egr delete was done by previous owner. |

I suspect the recon turbos are the issue. The electronic actuators cannot be calibrated correctly, other than by the manufacturer. Ideally, you need to check the actual position v commanded positions on the actuators

Maybe try Midland Turbos. They do all our turbos (TDV6 and TDV8) and can set the actuator correctly to factory settings. Never had any problems with them and never had to set the actuator once fitted to the car.
