Fault code P0730-00 (6D) transmission fault

Having this problem and no one seems to be able to get to the bottom of it so here goes! When the rrs is cold it drives and changes gear fine but once it's warmed up I get "transmission fault" and F appears in the display. It's been to 2 separate garages and I need help as they can't seem to give me an answer. Would a flush cure the problem or is it terminal! Car has only done 88k. Changed the transmission oil but still no joy shall I get it flushed???

Is it a rebuild or new gearbox do you think?

Either, or. Same result, the gearbox needs repaired or replaced
