Petrol particulate filter more to go wrong then,,& as you say Tim I also think LR are heading the same way as merc & bmw wanting customers on pcp rather than buying them.

Yes Tim you are right and most car manufacturers are doing this now - it's becoming a PCP world where 90%+ of cars are sold in this way so list price kind of becomes irrelevant for the buyer but the manufacturer gets their full money from the finance house - its a win win situation for the manufacturer as their cars sell in this way.

When I signed my order for the Countryman last November there were no finance deals on offer for my PHEV version. When I went to collect it I was a offered Black Horse Finance PCP on 2.9% APR or a BMW Finance PCP or HP on 1.5%........... which was also a Black Horse financed deal! So JLR are milking their customers on the finance (also from Black Horse!) as they have done for years ( and wonder why people aren’t buying their cars!)

I guess that's an example of "beauty being in the eye of the beholder" then... 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders 2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed |

Just whizzed through the build it thingy. Quickly hit £50k. £50k for a glorified hatchback? And that was for the boggo version with extras added. Wow. The FE is a bit more with less needed to be added but still £50k+

Do you think that they are trying to market directly to Vegans by offering a choice of fabric seat finishes? are animals so wool finishes would be off the menu 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it
