That RRS was a 2007 TDv8 HSE that had ACC as a standard piece of equipment, you could in those days adjust the range at which it would detect things but not the sensitivity. In those days too the detector head had to have an unobstructed line of “sight” but unfortunately in snowy weather the snow built up on the sensor head and didn’t fall off and you ended up with a warning on the dash and no cruise control at all.......... really useful when I was driving regularly from Central Scotland to Southampton and back in the winter. It was a really great car for winter weather driving but no cruise in slush and snow was a pain. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it
