2013 Range Rover Sport SDV6 Autobiography Fuji White

AB colour coded sills.

I'm just wondering why some RRS2's AB's have colour coded sills & some don't,,I always thought the AB came with them standard.

They do, but the other variants don't, unless their owner has them done.

Andy,

I think you'll find that SE, HSE and HSE Dynamic can have colour coded cills etc. as an optional extra.

Old Jock 2018 (MY19) Jaguar F-Pace R-Sport 300PS Petrol in Caesium Blue with many bells and whistles.

I know that Jock,,but Ive seen AB's without the colour coded bits.Do the customers spec it without colour coded sill etc.

Maybe they aren't Autobiographies at all. When I bought mine, there was an 'Autobiography' in the showroom ready for collection without colour-coded sills, which wasn't an A/B at all. The salesman told me that the customer had bought his own A/B badge and got them to put it on. Since then, I've been 'A/B' spotting and noticed several which not only don't have colour-coded sills, but don't have the vent in the rear bumper sides either - a dead give away!

I'm baffled now, as they don't look like A/B's, but I also thought all V8's were A/B's.

Originally AB's only came with colour coded sills when they had a contrast roof.
If you ordered a body colour roof you got the 'ordinary' sills. This was back in 2013 when I ordered my (now gone) dynamic.
Whether that's still the case when ordering now, I don't know.

Just looked at the for sale examples; all body colour roof!

You could be right their Gavin as they all seem to be my13 & 14's that don't have colour coded
