Getting some error codes on a regular basis now, when this happens the suspension seems to be non existent, the cruise control, Acc and forward alert doesn't work.

Clearing it with the gap tool puts the car back to normal then pops up again shortly after. I do have a LR Warranty but would like to try and find out what it is before it goes into the garage. Any help would be appreciated.

I would say that there is something interrupting the comm's on the bus, as the errors look a bit like major communication failure. Try looking at the underbody connectors and check that none have been damaged.
