Oman 2006 Range Rover Sport Supercharged Vesuvius Orange
Hyper flashing and indicator rate

Good Morning All Smile

Just a quick question, I think my 2012 rear lights (installed in a MY 2006) are hyper flashing (blinking too fast Wink ) even with a resistor fitted across the -ve and +ve to simulate a standard bulb...

To confirm this however could someone tell me the "flashes per minute" for a standard Sport indicator. I've read anywhere between 60-100 flashes per minute is acceptable depending on manufacturer. I've counted mine over 30 secs and it equates to approximately 86-90 flashes per minute which seems high when looking at it.

Alternatively, if someone could go out and check their car it wold be much appreciated Thumbs Up

Thanks in advance

I'd say mine is slightly faster than 1 a second, so around 70 or so a min.

Thanks Socast Thumbs Up ,

Based on that mine are running about 25% too fast. Better check the connections etc and hope this solves it, otherwise I may install resistor on the front as well and see how that works out....

Cheers
