In control route app

Hi All,
I picked up my new HSE Dynamic on Saturday, and have to say, am absolutely loving it.

I've been working my way through setting up all the apps etc and am struggling with the route app, in particular signing in from the car. I have the app on my phone and an account created, which when trying to log in says it can't find the car.
Creating an account via the Nav options in the car, hit the button to sign in and get an error saying "...sorry there is a problem our end..."

So has anybody else seen this and got around it ! Or know who the "our" actually is that i can call?

Many Thanks
Tricky

Are you sure the car is getting a mobile signal when trying to sign in? Perhaps try it in different locations if you haven't already tried so.

Can I ask if your car has black lettering on the boot and bonnet, as was told that silver letters are now only part of the bright pack.

2013 Range Rover Sport SDV6 HSE Stornoway Grey

Tricky, if I reverse my car up my drive so that the tailgate is close to my garage door / the house the antenna is shadowed from the very weak local mobile signals and I cannot connect from the phone app, if I drive the car into the drive and park nose in I have no problem communicating with the car from my app. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it
2018 Melting Silver Mini Countryman PHEV - soon to be replaced
2015MY Corris Grey SDv6 HSE Dynamic, the best car I have ever owned, totally reliable only a cou0le of rattles in 3 years, now no longer in my care
Also in my garage is a 1996 TDi300 Defender 90 County HT made into a fake CSW

Yep, 3G signal showing on the screen, Ive been trying it over the weeeknd and again at lunchtime today.

Interesting question re the lettering, yes mine is all black, and I'm not sure I really like it.... although there is no other chrome or silver on the outside of the car having opted for the graphite wheels....so perhaps the silver/chrome letters would shout a bit too much...the car is Loire blue.

The MY17 cars I've seen have silver lettering on HSE, and black on higher spec., with Bright Pack being a no-cost option. (I was going to have the Bright Pack on my Autobiography, but the dealer put me off, saying it just made it look like an HSE).

HSEs are the only models with silver lettering and bits...Dynamic onwards have gloss black lettering and bits (grills, boot strip etc). Bright pack gets you silver bits on any model but yes it would make your car look like an HSE. Black pack gets you the above "bits" and lettering in matte (none shiny) black.
