Only Off Road Sat Nav Available

A work colleague of mine has just bought an MY09 TDV8 and has issues with the sat nav. He cannot get out of off road mode. I looked at my RRS and if you press the nav button twice you can select which nav mode you want, but this doesn't work on his.

I checked that he had a DVD in, could it be the press button in knackered? Any ideas what could be wrong?

Does the screen respond to touch at all or just the two manual buttons underneath?

OK I'm afraid I cant help then. My touch screen had frozen and I fixed it by cleaning debris from the contacts but this obviously isn't the case with your colleagues car.

Thanks for trying anyway. I think it may be a damaged push button
