Bought New Bearmach coolant expansion tank for 2008 tdv6 and fitted no problems till i screw on the expansion tank cap, it almost locks and then goes loose as it jumped the screw threads, when i try the cap on the old expansion tank it goes tight and clicks, the threads on the new tank look fine and not stripped, any one used one of the Bearmach tanks from Global Distribution Ltd,

hi mate, Mine is the same and i have no problems at all with it. Once the seal has sat im sure the cap has a point where once sat on enough pressure it then clicks to stop you over tightening it.

Well if im wrong then mine is broke too
