Can somebody throw a bit of light on this subject please.Last september my car went to the local LR dealership for an mot and I was told there was a recall on the car 07 plate rrs hse. When I got the car back it had this hideous looking towbar on the back being a safety issue I just left it I did'nt complain because I need a towbar. But when I looked in the boot they had taken my old detatchable tow ball. Now ive just traded my old car in and got a 61 plate rrs autobiography LR are now telling me I need to purchase a new towball. Has this happened to anyone else or am I the first |

Taking it out keeps the mechanism free and prevents crevice corrosion. They can also be pinched in a matter of minutes so it's very much advisable to remove it. Visiting from DISCO3.CO.UK
