2005 facelift front fogs and sensor wiring

Hi all, I'm new to the forum have just got my first RRS

I've just done autobiography 2005>2010 facelift and had a question I was hoping someone could answer about connecting the wiring from the parking sensors me fog lights to the car.
The facelift bumper harness has 1x 8 way plug and the old bumper had 1x 8 way plug and 1x 4way plug does anyone know what wires I need to join to get everything working as it should? I know I can get a conversion harness but I have the bumper harness on the new bumper so just seems a waste of £100 on conversion harness when all I need to know is what wires go to what colour
Thanks
Tom
