IID BT Tool is far superior to the EAS one as you can change CCF files and a lot more.

As above. EAS will only deal with air suspension.

Hard to say really; I consider the convenience of mine to justify the price even if it isn't financially beneficial (which it is for me anyway). I would say it would be a good thing for you to have. Visiting from DISCO3.CO.UK 2006 Discovery 3 TDV6 Auto HSE Zambezi Silver |

Thanks for your advice, seeing as how many times on posts people require one of these for answers, codes, information, facilities etc, I think it will be well worth the investment to help me with running and obtaining information on this car. I have the Gap IID BT one and personally think they are worth their weight in gold. As LFW say's probably won't earn you anything but could potentially save you a lot based on Stealer prices. Mines in Glove box all the time.

Where did you hear it? I can't see that it'd be possible to reach the point that the IID is at for any diagnostic tool on launch, let alone with the improvements that are coming to the IID... Visiting from DISCO3.CO.UK 2006 Discovery 3 TDV6 Auto HSE Zambezi Silver |

It it's anything like a lot of other *hitpart stuff I would leave well alone. Personal opinion Only. Gap after sales service and technical help will take some beating as well. Cheers Col |
