Where are these slabs exactly - what are they part of? I presume it is legal for you to be parked there?

I park my car on slabs and the floor is uneven but slabs have never cracked

i park directly outside my house on a drop curb... we have 2 land rovers on there, so nowhere else to park! all legal! |

If there's a 3 ton weight limits for parking on the slabs then you can tell him that's OK as your car doesn't weigh 3 tons more like 2.5 tons. Just speak slowly and show him pictures, it might take a minute or 2 to sink in.. 2008 G4 RRSport TDV8 current

Flags should always be laid on a full bed having any sort of void underneath weakens the paving |

I your car weighs 2.5 tons divide that by 4 it works out to 625kg per wheel that sounds better, so if two wheels on pavement that's only 1.25 tons.
