2010 Range Rover Sport 3.0 TDV6 HSE Santorini Black

Details on the DDW / Build Sheet

I have just purchased a RRS 2010 model and I have been into the dealership to obtain a bit of info.

I have made several attempts to clarify some info on the sheet with the dealership but to no avail as they never ring back or can't advise on the below.

The sheet states:

Open Field Service Actions
Q393 detachable tow ball and supplement

Claimed Field Service Actions
Q127E 13-Dec-2011 Stratstone Land Rover Bury

Does the above mean a tow bar was fitted as the previous owner said it was not OR is it some kind of recall?

Please advise.
