How to jump?

Hi guys my battery has gone dead, what's the best way to use jump leads? Just the normal way or is there a special way to do it on a 09 sport? I really don't want to damage anything electrical? At a moto cross meeting and need to get it sorted asap lol

Connect the leads as per normal, leave the main car running and connected for 30 seconds before you try and start your RRS

Once running, leave the leads connected for a further 60-90 seconds or so. If you remove the leads too quickly, the alternator can cause a voltage "spike" and damage electrical modules

Thumbs Up
