Wing mirror sticking/jamming...help please?

Hi all, not sure if it's had a minor clout, but my driver's side wing mirror is jamming whenever I try to move them in and out. Anyone else had this or any suggestions for easing them, please? I'm worried it will stuff the motor... Sad
