12v permanent live ??

I have 3x 12v ignition lives in my 57 plate RR sport, does anyone know how easy it would be to change them to permanent live and maybe any recommendations on anyone who could do the job for me? Thanks for your support with this matter?

I did this on a MY2010 and it works fine with no apparent side effects. Only the centre and rear sockets are permanent live though.
