Is it only us Sussex folks having to wait so long

Been waiting so long when the dealer said 18th Sept build date I was upset compared to those here but not so sure what going on now? MY16 3.0 SDV6 Autobiography in Aleutian silver, stealth pack and toys.

For what it is worth no slippage on my Kent order yet. Build date of the 15th with delivery on the 4th Sep.

For what it is worth my car is on time and beign delivered to dealer on monday. Then frustratingly I'll have to wait until september before I can pick it up with the 2015 plate.

My build date was 28/8 was told yesterday that date has been put back 6 days but the delivery date to dealers has been brought forward 6 days 2008 Factory HST- Sold

Doesn't JLR have an online way of tracking whats going on? I'm waiting on a VW golf and they send emails and text as the process moves forward.

I would have thought JLR would have the same seeing as they are a premium brand

Car built 13/7 first date for delivery 24/7 can't believe it but now put back to 9/9!!!!!

Complained to JLR direct , dealer getting no joy from them.

Abetting the feeling this car is already cursed even befor I have seen it.

The last two Range Rovers that i have bought from Grange Garage I have known each step of the life of the car from starting down the production line, coming off the line, going into QC arriving at the holding depot and arriving at the dealership. The latter usually with a couple of photos of it on the transporter outside the showroom and also some of it still all wrapped up in it's transportation protection kit. I suppose it all depends on the relationship you have with your dealership. The RRS went into build 2 days after I said I would take it and Jeremy at Grange filled me in on it's movements from then on! 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

Mine has just reached that stage so would be interesting to see how much info I get voluntarily. I have only known them for 2-3 years, buying twice, selling twice and some aftersales stuff so no longstanding relationship. To be fair to them, I pretty much left them alone after ordering in March/April due to being terribly busy. Time has flown so fast I can't believe I might be driving it in just a few weeks!
