How long after you bought the car are you taking it back in? If less than 3 months, I'd push back on everything and tell Stratstones it's their problem, stand your ground. If it's longer then you are going to have a harder job, but I'd still push back. That's a significant list of things that have gone wrong/not working so I'd be pushing them all the way to resolve at no cost to yourself.

Car dealers/traders have a legal obligation to the car they've sold for six month, regardless of them selling you a piece of crap warranty on top of that. |

I'd be blowing a gasket at the selling dealer. If the faults were there at purchase then it's the dealer not warranty that should be footing the bill. Talk to sales manager and tell him fix it at his own cost or you will back the car as it's not fit for purpose. Dealers are taking the these days, they make the profit and expect everyone else to come behind paying to sweep up their problems. Makes my blood boil 👊👊🔫🔫🔫 2x TDV6. SE and HSE. Both returned to sender with issues👀

I'm sure the law is on your side up to 6 months, for second hand cars, stop driving it and take it back to the dealers, I'm sure your still covered under the lemon law |
