Range Rover Airbags

Hi guys, sadly my range rover sport 2006 was involved in an light accident which caused the dash passeneger and driver steering wheel airbag off. Iv replaced them both my self and its come to the the time of reconnecting the battery back up. Just wondering if theres anything else i should change before connecting the battery or restting? please someone help.

iv changed the complete dashboard and the steering wheel airbag only, the seatbelts and every other airbag are working fine. Many thanks.

Should be fine to reconnect the battery so long as you have checked all connections are properly secured. Have you had the car on a diagnostic machine as you may find the air bag ecu will have stored crash data and the light will not go out. If so the ecu will have to be Virginised and re-programmed to the vehicle. Specialist job but there are people out there that can do it for you. You can send just the ecu to them for repair.
