Hi all,

For sale is my absolutely immaculate Range Rover Sport, a 2012 3 litre diesel SDV6 HSE model with only 10,070 miles and as close to new as you could imagine inside and out.

First registered on 30th March 2012, it comes in Orkney Grey metallic and apart from the normal and extensive HSE specification has unmarked ivory leather and contrast stitching (front seat covers have been on since I had it and the back has been sat in less than a handful of times - you can see the covers are still on the armrests as I forgot to take them off before the pics), privacy glass, grand gloss black lacquer interior trim, side steps, front and rear mudflaps, autobiography front grille, 22 inch wheels, stainless steel exhaust pipes and the dual view screen (absolutely fantastic option allowing the driver to see the sat nav whilst the passengers can watch the TV or a DVD - all from the same display). It's had its first service in October 2013 at 7,564 miles and has been faultless from day one...

The car is absolutely immaculate inside and out and any dealership inspection is welcomed. The private number plate is not included. It does around 26mpg urban which unfortunately for me is the only driving I tend to do. I work 3 miles away from home, hence the mileage and with my restored TT roadster (which I've been in since I taxed it in April) I've come to the decision that it's a bit of a waste having this sitting at home

The price £40,999 with possible trades taken in part exchange. Serious offers will be considered but no time wasters please....

What do you reckon on the price guys?

I did four on line valuations with them coming out at 44k or thereabouts and that's without the 5k of extras so I reckoned 42k is a fair price? Best Wishes

Hi, the price seems very fair I reckon. I paid 35k for a hi spec 2011 3.0 HSE Luxury with 30,000 on the clock in March. With yours being newer, lower mileage, SDV6 motor & all those extras I reckon you will have no problem in shifting it.

By the way it is a cracking looking car & is a credit to the way you have looked after it.

Its a good car for the money. The problem with a car in that price range, is finding someone with that amount of cash. Hence why a lot of buyers go to dealers so that they can arrange credit. GLWTS.

I would totally agree with that Ady plus dealers offer a p/x facility .

I would add though that this is a mint example of a RRS

I have said I will consider part exchanges

Usual suspects; land rover, bmw, audi, etc....

As I have that fairly common anal OCD issue , cars must be in excellent condition for the year and top spec, etc...

Absolutely stunning RRS but IMHO I think its a bit overpriced. The first service was 7 months late I'm not sure but would this affect the warranty I would personally want the service done on the button for a nearly new vehicle irrespective of the very low mileage, just my opinion of course but GLWTS 2019 BMW X3 2.0i M Sport in metalic black- Brilliant

As I've said before, serious offers considered and current price is 2k below what car valuation excluding 5k extras.

To me, a sale price whether buying or selling is a starting point for negotiation but you have to start somewhere.

Given the mileage, condition of the car and the private nature of the sale (notwithstanding the consideration for part exchanges) I think the 'for sale' price is a very appropriate place to start.

As always though, it's only really relevant for those with an intent to buy.

The warranty is totally valid and expires March 2015. Best Wishes

Would you consider a p/ex against my 1 owner TDV8 RRS 58 reg (01/01/09) with 54k miles on the clock. The usual refinements plus sunroof & TV?

I just can't justify the move to the new RRS...
