Weird suspension behaviour

My 06 RRS TDV6 is doing strange things with the suspension. I tried to put it in access mode by pressing the low button. It lowers for a second or so then goes back up to off road mode. Shocked
I have got it into access mode after messing around with it previously, I just assumed I was doing something wrong. Now I can't get it into access mode for more than a few seconds. The only thing I can think of is it has off road tyres (265/50/20). Not sure if that would effect anything v
Any thoughts or has anybody experienced this? There are no strange lights on the dash at all

If you have touch screen put it into 4x4 mode and check you have four sensors showing. Sounds like a ride height sensor issue and ecu is saying stay in higher mode til it can see all four wheels. 2x TDV6. SE and HSE. Both returned to sender with issues👀
TDV8 Sport HSE...... Gone. Loved it but it didn't love me!!
Now rolling in MY10 Fullfat TDV8 Vogue. Slammed it to go round corners🙈
Cruising daily #56 mph in a Volvo V8. 😱
Lots of other toys in the cupboard...😜

Yes the four sensors are showing. Little red squares just above the tyres I presume?

Worth driving around and keeping an eye on screen if squares go green. Also if you have recently had battery changed, possible that you need system checked by fault mate to ensure that it knows where it should be. 2x TDV6. SE and HSE. Both returned to sender with issues👀
