United Kingdom 2010 Range Rover Sport TDV8 Autobiography Santorini Black
Male / Female

Anyone done a survey on the percentage of male / female owners of the RRS, just asking because they do seem to be a popular choice of lady ride....

I see mostly blokes driving them around where I live, and my other half doesn't even want to attempt to drive mine.
Something about her being scared of handling something so big - which I keep telling her is something she has had plenty of experience with Very Happy 2016 VW Golf GTD DSG

Off Topic Any car can be a "girl's car". Example here.

Back to the topic ... I see more men driving the RRS than women and more women driving the FFRR than men where I live. Doesn't mean anything if you ask me. I drive an RRS and a Mini Cooper and don't feel ashamed of either. Never care what people might think Thumbs Up

Any chance it's actually the woman that is drawing your attention to the car rather than the other way round Question Laughing

Does it matter what other people think about your choice of vehicle? Most of the "girl's car" jibes are from people who just drive boring stuff like poverty spec 3-series BMWs/A4s 3ft from someone's rear bumper in L3 on the motorway...

The MX5 was considered a "girl's car"/"hairdresser's car" by many. The reality is that it's a great little sports car and those who try to label it "girlie" etc. have usually never driven one. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed

Missus drives it more than i do, but its easier to throw buggy/pram into the back of it than other cars we have.

I see more women driving them than men, Disco looks more of a mans car than RRS in my opinion. I was originally after a Disco but missus said they looked/felt bigger than the RRS. 2007 TDV6 HSE
