Here are a few videos of the new Sport. Some interesting snippets in them. Looks like the active rear diff is part of the on-off road pack (whichever pack has torque vectoring). The new gear selector is an interesting change too.

The first and the last videos are very interesting, especially the last video. Would like to know more about the smart phone application.
