Hse upgrade

Hi everyone this may be a silly question but i have just bought a rrs s and I would like to make it look like a hse
So i need to get the front bumper with the fogs is it an easy swap or is it a fiddle job? Also does anyone know how much I'm looking to pay for a hse bumper I'd rather get one painted in Java black to save the spray job if anyone can shed some light that would be great thanks everyone
