Hi,

I recently purchased a RRS 2.7 HSE 2007, unfortunately the Bluetooth won't work with either my iPhone 4S or iPhone 5. Both phones will pair with the car and can make a call, however.... No sound can be heard either end after the recipient picks up the phone.

Any ideas

It might be the module

There is a newer Bluetooth module that's adapted to work on the older cars

Bodsey or wiggs would be able to advise further RRS gone

If there's no sound either end, could be a dodgy module.
Do you have an old Nokia type phone to try?

Also, disconnect the battery leads and short the ends together (not ON the battery!) reconnect and then see if you get any sound back.
