Puncture roadside repair kit ?

Can anyone suggest a suitable kit as I have no spare. My car has Kahn 22" wheels. Thanks

Search for puncture Safe in your area or buy it off eBay and install it yourself,
It's a gel that sits in your tyre and as you get a puncture the gel fils the hole and it's not like the old stuff that once you used it you need a new tyre this can stay in the full life
of your tyre.
