RRS 2.7 tdv6 blue smoke on start up from cold

Recently noticed that in a morning when I start my car up from cold for about 10 seconds the exhaust blows out blue smoke then clears , only happens when cars been stood overnight , check oil regularly but no oil is being used , also seems to run a bit lumpy for 10 seconds but then goes okay ?

Sounds like glow plug issues. Easy enough to test, not so easy to change if they are seized inside the head
