RRS 2010 remote Fuel burning heater

Hi, has anybody out there with the 10 model RRS been able to get the remote FBH working?i have fitted the reciever and programed the remote, turned on the timed claimate with autodata but still nothing, ps dipped the outside temp sensor in ice to drop the temperature
