My RRS 07 has the controls for the screens in both rear doors, but no evidence of ever having the rear screens. Is this normal, does anyone else have the controls but nothing else? |

Yes exactly that, which I believe to be the factory fit for the rear screens, unless I'm wrong?

Are they not just Audio Controls if you have the Premium Sound System or something like that. |

OH... Ok, I do have the logic 7, or so it says on the speaker grills... But I haven't really had a chance to play around with it all yet! I don't even know the difference between logic 7 and standard, I assumed it was just a better sound?! |

^^^^ as Col suggested they are part of the premium audio system to allow the rear passengers to listen to the media being played - if I remember rightly they also can listen to separate media from the other passengers - driver. If you browse my gallery you will see a picture of my previous Supercharged RRS with the original earphones

Well I'm impressed, I've just been out and had a play, like you say rear can switch between radio and CD, Definitely doesn't play DVDs as thought! and they can't hear anything plugged into the aux, but then that would be worthless as the headphones would plug straight in their devise

Yep I knew about the connectors, I plug my iPhone in there, although it's only aux and cigarette lighter socket on mine.

Strange I thought the up-graded sound system had some RCA plugs in there as well, maybe not, out of curiosity do you have two speakers in the headlining above the rear boot space?. Cheers Col |
