B, much better interior, engine is just about on par with the 3.6 apart from the noise, both seem a fair price. You have to ask yourself. What is it you want out of the motor Mpg will be much better on the 3.0L too by about 8mpg tootling around. Servicing will be cheaper on the 3.0L and probably insurance will be a little bit cheaper too. Warranty is a must though, and you get 12 months minimum with any approved L/R from a dealer. |

Go for the newer car. The TDV8 is nice and low mileage but the new car will feel better and will be "current" for longer with a much improved interior. Gone - 2008 Stornoway Grey RRS 2.7 TDV6

Go for the newer shape one. The interior is a much nicer place to be than the, albeit nice, older one. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders

I did both today. 2010 v8 test drive then came home in a 13 plate V6. Would buy the loan car in the morning. Nice to be back in a Sport, it feels like home. Wasn't hanging about and still getting 30 mpg....
