Tug and Tug and then throw away because the clips break.

Someone used a plastic knife iirc to release the lower clips without busting them. RRS gone

Are you replacing with new ones ?? If so you should be able to see where the clips are located.
Open your bonnet and just by the hinge for the bonnet there is a small gap leading down the side of the inner wing, using a steel rule and maybe a torch you can release the first clip once you have it released you can use a bit of force to remove the others. I have removed mine a couple of times without problems, the drivers side is a bit more tricky as this one is you air inlet to the engine
This is how i removed mine on my MY11 sport hope this helps

I removed my side vents with a credit card. Slip it under the bottom forward corner first, just gently push and the clip will pop. Didn't break any, took less than five miutes.
