Well it's now official LR's official tolerance on a 2cm wide rubber strip is +/- 2mm so as far as they are concerned for some reason a 5mm gap on the seals on both my front windows is acceptable,seemingly because there's 2 seals they add 2 mm and a little bit extra to both I think, and therefore they are not prepared to carry out any further remedial action to resolve the problem.
Looks like a trip down to the plumbers merchant or double glazing company to find a solution myself is going to be the only way to sort it out.
As far as they are concerned Foxy is just very lucky as all the others they have on their forecourt are just as
s t as mine so that's normal.
